Positive: Ideally located as a base point for adventuring out to new destinations every day.

Negative: You could hear the neighbors. They had the tv on all night loudly! It was not as close to the beach as pictured on the site - very misleading. Also, would have liked a list of locally owned and operated businesses to spend my money at rather than the corporate owned places. I’d like my money to go to the locals.
