Floor to ceiling remodel and all new furnishings recently.
One of just a few properties in a neighborhood Grandfathered in with a short-term rental license in a great Fort Collins neighborhood. Short-Term Rental License # 00050641STR
Larger 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with double basin vanity, walk-in closet, fenced patio, combo washer/dryer which does both in one machine, first floor with private entrance and a secure building. Building has indoor pool, sauna, billiards table, work-out room, ping-pong room and courtyard with nice stainless steel grill for guest use. Living room provides additional sleeping room with sofa sleeper. Two bicycles are provided for your use and there is also a covered off-street/reserved parking spot. Two blocks to CSU and just two the other direction to the start of all the Downtown shopping and dining. Need more space? We have two more, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos in the same building on the 3rd floor. See vrbo #272941 and #313635. This condo is perfect for visiting professors or other professionals, parents visiting college students, grandparents visiting newborn grand-kids, weekend getaways for couples or anyone coming to town for races or many of the other activities that thrive in Fort Collins all year long.
Note: This is an older building that is being maintained and restored--built in 1967. The HOA is constantly working on updating the property but please note that this is not a brand new development. The common areas are adequate but not resort quality. This condo is on the first floor so works well for anyone with mobility issues.

Summary: We spent 8 weeks in this comfy and cozy condo. The unit has easy access with convenient covered parking. The location is a few blocks from everything Old Town provides. Great Host. We will be back!

Summary: Since our stay in 2022, the condo was updated with new fixtures, furniture, appliances, and décor. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the condo and private patio. The addition of the combination washer/dryer was a real convenience. The new drapes are wonderful. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood outside on the patio. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Summary: While the apartment is small, it's very comfortable. The ammenities in the building and grounds are really great and underused. The neighbors are friendly and the building is generally quiet. The only major noise we heard was from the renovation of the apartment above us. The owner was very helpful and considerate. We plan to return.

Summary: This was a great stay with all the amenities needed in an apartment. It was very clean and well maintained. The location is ideal with a short walk to CSU as well as downtown. Moreover, Laura was super responsive to any requests! Loved my stay!

Summary: The bed was comfortable, I felt safe, good location, quiet, adequate kitchen & bath facilities. I had great difficulty with the patio lock, there were no batteries in the DVD remote (which wasn’t a big enough deal to call about), but no directions with the DVD and manually couldn’t get it to work (also didn’t call about this). There were several pieces of broken glass on the patio, a concern for having my 3year old granddaughter visiting me. There was a smell in the apartment that never quite went away and hard to describe other than “old” or “musty.” The night light provided was burned out. There were plenty of additional entertainment possibilities with the pool, ping pong, and pool table, although all things are quite old and could be updated. The security door was just fine until it was “fixed,” when it no longer worked so it was a situation to park on one side of the building and walk to the opposite side to get in a second door, very inconvenient. Would I stay again or recommend this to anyone? Probably not, sorry.
