Summary: This place was wonderful! It is within walking distance of the downtown shops & restaurants in a very quiet, well kept neighborhood. A cute, cozy space with plenty of smartly designed outside area for relaxation.The apartment was well kept, comfortable king bed and great bathroom space with large shower. With no stove just a hotplate & outside grill, the cooking options are limited but that is stated in the listing. The property host was very accommodating and easy to work with & responded quickly to our questions. All around it was a very nice space. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: Not the place we booked, we wanted to be in Old Town but the host cancelled at the last minute. Stacy did a nice job getting us this cottage and it was nice, the hot tub was nice but not very private. Other than the distance from Old Town it was a nice place.

Summary: New, clean and modern decor. Perfect for a single or couple. Was great as a stop over pn a work trip for me. Hot tub was awesome. Private yard with fire pit, outdoor seating and a grill. One parking space only. Grout in bathroom floor needs redone.

Summary: Close to CSU & old town amidst 100+years old homes and trees, this delightful cottage has a large fenced in yard with comfortable seating and a hot tub. A comfy king sized bed and luxurious shower, plentiful closet space & washer/dryer made our stay perfect.
