This super cool 2 bed/1 bath apartment was just renovated including new floors, tile, & appliances! All new furnishings, wall art mixed with rustic and beach design, this unique home will truly make your vacation memorable.
The property features two bedrooms, a master with a platform double bed, and a bedroom with a bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on top). One full bath, kitchen, dining area, living area, and small private patio off of Master. Please note the patio is quite small so unfortunately no room for seating, but one can grab some fresh air! Dream sweet dreams on the comfy beds wrapped with high quality sheets, duvets, and pillows. A full closet, small dresser and bedside table accompany each of the bedrooms. Bathrooms are equipped with cotton towels, hand soap, bar soap, hairdryer, shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to be your own chef. Enjoy your home-cooked meal or take-away from any of the many diverse and prestigious local restaurants seated at the cozy dining room which seats 4. The open-concept living room features a super comfortable couch, a new Samsung 43" SMART flatscreen TV with basic channels.

Included in the home is high speed Wifi throughout.
Coin laundry is located in the apartment building for you laundry needs, detergent supplied. An iron & ironing board can be found in closet. Baby items such as a pack n play and high chair can be provided upon request.
Street parking with residential permits available for two cars.

Summary: We had a nice stay at this lovely unit. Amanda was very responsive and easy to work with. Upon our arrival, she checked in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and even offered some great restaurant recommendations. The unit was clean and centrally located, meeting all our needs. Parking was never an issue, and the convenient location of the laundry room right next door was a huge bonus. Unfortunately, this unit is situated at the back of the building and adjacent to an alleyway. On several occasions, as early as 7 am, we could hear and see a homeless individual pacing just outside, yelling to themselves for several hours. On another occasion, we had to step over a sleeping person on the front steps.The unit is definitely worth booking, provided that the homeless situation isn’t too uncomfortable for you.

Summary: Amanda and her husband were great and super responsive. The place is very solid - a tight two bedroom but a little small. Location is central to everything in Santa Monica / Venice / Ocean Park. Unfortunately, there were some issues with homeless being so close to Lincoln. Other than that, it was great place

Summary: Amanda is an amazing host- so responsive! There were a few missing items when we arrived and Amanda overnighted them- we felt very taken care of and appreciated the hospitality! The unit is nicely furnished and very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: I truly cannot emphasize enough how great it was to stay at this property. The location is just great, an easy walk to the beach, Main St shops or the pier. The unit is beautiful and clean and you cannot beat the value for a two bedroom in this area. The main door opens to a lovely living room which is adjacent to a clean, modern kitchen. Two gorgeous bedrooms are down the hall with ample sleeping space. There were just two in our party, but the spacious accommodation could have easily held a small family. There is even garage parking available, though honestly,it's such a sweet spot, you really don't even need a car. The owner was a jewel to work with, she truly makes an effort to make sure that her renters are happy. You really cannot beat the location, condition, and overall value for this property. I would absolutely stay here again and look forward to doing so.

Summary: Amanda’s rental was perfect! My roommate and I stayed for a few months as a long term rental and we would definitely come back. Everything was clean and organized upon arrival and Amanda was great about checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Amanda was so easy to communicate with, super responsive, and so wonderful all around! The apartment is very walkable which is unique in LA. Less than a mile from the beach, shopping, and grocery stores. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to stay in Santa Monica!

Summary: LA is home for me, but I had been gone for 5 years living in Australia with my family. This summer we returned to LA and Amanda's place was our transitional home for the summer. I already knew the neighborhood and felt lucky to find such an affordable place walking distance to the beach, Main Street, and the promenade. The most central and convenient location in all of Santa Monica in my opinion. Amanda is the most genuine, generous, kind, and overall just wonderful human you could ask for as your host. Not only that but she responds to every message in minutes, and is thorough and thoughtful. Ask her anything! The place is exactly as pictured and described. everhthing is new, clean, and nice. The beds are amazingly comfy. Sheets and towels are top of the line. We were very happy with our stay!

Summary: Our hostess Amanda was just fabulous. She was very accomodating and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment is smartly furnished with a beach theme. The kitchenis well equipped and has newer modern appliances and the bedding is plush. The only negative (and it is minor) is that the water pressure in the bathroom was low. We were able to walk to the beach and local restaurants. All in all very nice and I would recommend this cozy apartment for those visiting Santa Monica.

Summary: My brothers and I absolutely loved Amanda's place. The apartment is newly renovated, extremely clean, and very well equipped with kitchen/bathroom/cleaning supplies. The location is perfect as well! About a 5 min drive and 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach and third street promenade. Also, Amanda is super helpful. Any issue I had she handled almost immediately and she was always very quick to respond! Overall its a wonderful place and I highly recommend it!
