Negative: The fire alarm for all apartments was downstairs in mine.it went off for 1 hour. i had no idea about how to turn it off. Finally, a man came and showed me how to turn it off. I was not impressed. This happened my last night.

Positive: Clean & functional space for our week long stay. Had all the basic amenities to cook & clean which made for an enjoyable stay. Both the 1 & 2 bedroom units were comfortable.

Negative: Some noise could be heard by neighbours through the shared wall/outside open courtyard style driveway carried noise. We also believe something may be living in the roof of Unit 6 - possum?

Positive: Good room facilities with Google Home and well stocked kitchen with utensils.

Negative: Toilet seat had a spider nesting on it upon arrival, back courtyard was not maintained, the parking situation is a big issue as people kept blocking access to the garage and couldn't get any assistance from the overseas reception outside of working hours. Resulted in waiting hours for someone to pick up the phone and then organise for someone to come over and find the customer who blocked the garage to leave. Use of signage and lines and obtaining regos for cars would have prevented this mess.
