Negative: I didn't have a towel when I first got there but everything was prefect to the point I couldn't even complain about the towel

Positive: The pub itself and the staff, patrons, etc. Great. It's a beautiful pub i adored it. Rooms were comfortable for the price. Wasn't noisy, and so we'll located to the jesmond shops. Buses etc were easy to get around as my nephew and I had no car.

Negative: The thing about the jesmond was the bathrooms! Imagine getting up 2 or 3 in the morning to need the bathroom. Only to go in and find some neanderthal has urinated everywhere over the toilet and floor. Dirty filthy pigs. They're unisex bathrooms, BIG mistake if you're female. It totally disgusted me, and for that reason alone, The Jesmond needs work or extra cleaning on those beautiful new bathrooms, and cut the UNISEX shyt. Rating 5, honestly and true! Think twice ladies and families with children.

Positive: Comfy bed, clean family room.

Negative: stayed here recently and overall, it was okay, but the noise at night was a real issue. People were hanging out in the hallway. slamming doors and talking loudly and it echoed through the entire corridor. Would be great if security could do a quick walk to remind guest to take the party back to their rooms and keep the hallway clear. Would make a difference for anyone trying to sleep.
