Pretty and welcoming 50mç Rustic suitable for 2 - 3 people. Equipped with heating and air conditioner - one bedroom, one bathroom, eat-in kitchen and lounge with TV-SAT. Il Rustico is furnished with taste and love for detail. Beautiful terrace with panoramic views of the Versilia coast - equipped with, umbrella, chairs, table, deck chairs and barbecue. Il Rustico is located on a country road - the last 200 m to the house are narrow. Not ideal for (low) and very large sports cars. The car can also be left in the square a few meters from home.

Summary: From the initial welcome to the goodbye to owners stefania and Sandro and property manager Donata it has been great! The house offers a spacious and fully included stay. We used this for our work/ holiday, and the internet connection (not super fast) was sufficient (good enough even for your youtube or netflix). Donata was amazing, providing us with a lot of tips, help getting around, helping with reservations and anything we needed really. The house is located on a hill 500 meters high with a magnificent view and all the privacy you need. Getting down to sea level takes about 12 mins, getting to the seaside about 20+ mins, not very long. Pietrasanta is a great town to visit as are the small candalla waterfalls (and the restaurant!), all very close by. From this place you can also visit cinque terre as well as Florence and Siena (heart of tuscany) quite good. Pisa is also really close. We stayed for 3 weeks and it really felt like home. The only minor drawback was that the big terrace is next to the house (takes a 1 min walk from the front door to get there - we didn't figure that out from the pictures) which if connected to the house (which we hoped) would make it impossibly complete. This is not a big thing, you'll love it anyway, Im sure! Also, the small terrace next to the front door with a view worked fine for my mornings with a coffee and the news. We understand that next year a pool is planned in the garden which will make this place even better, we might just be coming back to check that out! :) So.. If you are looking for a nice retreat to spend some time as a base for all the things that can be visited in the area, don't hesitate to book this, you'll love it!

Summary: It was a lovely compact cottage with everything you need. The drive up to the property was a little challenging especially in a big car, but it was worth it! Sandro and Stefania could not have been more welcoming or helpful and Donata was also lovely. The property was in a good location for the whole of northern Tuscany with amenities within a few kilometres and the sea was just down the road. We had to drive a little further to find a more natural beach that was free but again that was also worth it. All in all we have had a wonderful two weeks.

Summary: We spend 5 days in this wonderful appartement with an amazing view. The area is very quiet, sometimes you here the animals around the house. The location is great for visit the beautiful villages in Tuscany. The welcome ladies Donata and Stephanie gives us a warm welcome. Thank you again!

Summary: My boyfriend and I spent 10 nights in this romantic and rustic house in the Alpi Apuane overlooking the Mediterranean, the mountains and larger cities such as Pisa and Levanto. Very were extremely satisfied with house, the location and our wonderful hosts. Upon arrival Donata and Stefania gave us a warm greeting and they made us feel right at home. Our favorite space of the house was undoubtedly the large terrace, where we spent a lot of time reading, talking and enjoying dinner. Besides from the most amazing view, the terrace is well equipped with sun chairs, a big table as well as a grill. The house itself is nicely furnished, the rooms are spacious and the kitchen contains everything you could think of – including a dishwasher. ☺ We appreciated the location in the mountains where the temperature is a bit cooler than down at sea level. If you like peace and tranquility you will definitely love it here. The house is also recommendable due to the close proximity to Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Cinque Terre. You must also pay a visit to the nearby charming town Pietrasanta where your only problem will be to choose between the many delicious restaurants. Lastly, we would like to thank Donata and Stefanina for welcoming us with such warmth and authenticity. They made us feel right at home. Thank you for the experience. Until next time!
