Summary: This is a very well presented property in Chancemade 5 km from the centre of Perigeux. Easy car parking and beautiful view of large garden and adjoining forest from the terrace. Easy access to good supermarkets and to attractions such as Brantome without the hassle of Perigeux traffic. Hosts very welcoming.
