Summary: Very close to Prescott center and restaurants. Quiet area. Very clean and nicely decorated home. Had all amenities that was needed.Was perfect for our weekend getaway.First time in Prescott. Beautiful area. Would stay at this condo again.

Summary: The condo is very comfortable, well appointed,and a 10 minute walk to the center of Prescott. The condo had everything we needed and worked great for our family. It was very spacious and located minutes from the courthouse.

Summary: Our stay in Prescott was complete with this rental! It was just the right amount of space for my family. Having a fully-functioning kitchen was great. The rental was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive and helpful. All of our accommodations were made. We plan to return to stay here with our travels next year.

Summary: This was our second time staying in one of the units at this property. Our kids love coming here. They have done a great job remodeling and updating these units. They look exactly like the pictures. Nice clean simple design. Very comfortable furniture and just about everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The master bedroom is huge and there was still plenty of room to move around even after we set up our portable crib. It’s close to downtown and you can quickly access the highways. We love staying here when we come up for our soccer tournaments because it’s a nice central spot for us. Lisa and Wade are great hosts and we look forward to staying here again.
