Positive: Very spacious , comfortable and clean property

Negative: The property could benefit from a few more kitchen utensils ie wooden spoons, mixing bowls etc. Especially if people are staying longer than a couple of nights.It would have been helpful to have some appliance manuals and welcome pack available as well ie details of which refuse bin is which as not all bins the same colours throughout the country.

Positive: This is our second time at Prenton House and we absolutely love staying here as our home away from home. This year we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful Christmas tree, which brought a very homely feel to our stay. The chocolates were a nice touch as was the milk and water in the fridge. The house is nice and warm with comfortable beds and a lovely shower in the en-suite bathroom. Thank you April for a lovely stay, we will be back again.

Positive: Great location for us as our family lived only 1 mile down the road. Lovely 3 bedroom with separate lounge and kitchen. Friendly neighbours in a quiet area. We would definitely stay there again.

Negative: Not a criticism, but the cups were huge, it would have been nice to have smaller cups.

Positive: What a excellent little find this was, We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and most of all warm it was when we walked in. The accommodation was spotless and April was very helpful and easy to get hold of. The beds were comfortable (always a bonus :) ) We usually come to the Wirral once a year and have stayed in hotels, but this will be our go to place in future !
