Positive: The house was lovely with great location. Owner,kane was very helpful, it was fuss free entry and was everything we needed.

Negative: On booking i didn't realise that the house had a tenant who had booked for 2 month stay, although he was a lovely man and he did go away for the night, I wasn't aware at the time of booking, my step daughter who is 16, was a little uncomfortable with him being there.

Positive: What's not to love, from the accomodation facilities to Kane himself it was without question my best every B&B experience in the UK. If you are happy to get food yourself then this is definitely the right place for you. Everything was spotless floors, bathroom, bedroom and the spacious kitchen that has everything you need from your own storage to an air fryer to the usual fridge, cooker etc and even a separate fridge for your wine if that's your thing! There's even boardgames in the cupboard and did I mention a spacious lovely quiet back garden also. Kane was super helpful with my very late, late check out request at no extra charge. The accomodation is very well located in a quiet residential area and I got a brilliant sleep. Super speeds for WiFi also. It's well serviced by nearby buses also. Sainsbury's, ASDA and McDonalds are nearby too.

Negative: My only complaint was that I couldn't stay for longer!!!

Positive: Kane's place is really nice....super clean and modern. A decent sized room with a proper sized TV and a comfortable bed It's a shared bathroom, but not an issue as there are 2 between 6 rooms. Communication was excellent 100% recommended for anyone wanting to stay in the area
