Summary: Property actually has a 5th bedroom which was nice. Ground floor had 3 bedrooms that share 1 bathroom. House was nice and generally clean. Stairs need some TLC as stair material is pulling away and could become a trip hazard. Reached out to the property manager about two issues we had (lots of ants in the two upstairs bedrooms, and smoke alarms chirping low battery). Property manager was quick to respond and said someone would be by to handle it. No one showed. We had to go buy batteries ourselves and replace them.

Summary: Pleasant - Would stay again However, the downstairs shower did not drain properly. Refrigerator door was broken. A check in sheet with expectations and info - wi-fi, door key , accurate appliance listing in a central sheet would be helpful. A simple salt and pepper set would have been appreciated

Summary: Provided everyone with privacy and had a safe and convenient location. Only negative would be to launder or upgrade the mattresses. They were very comfortable but when pulling back sheets on day of departure, noticed significant stains. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook this home.

Summary: Close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. With three levels, there was plenty of space for the whole family! Lots of stairs to access the living and primary bedroom spaces, so it might not work for everyone, but it was perfect for our group!
