Positive: My whole family was impressed with the home! The yard was amazing and the neighborhood was lovely. Roy’s butcher shop around the corner is a neighborhood treasure! Also, the beds were all super comfy!!

Positive: We loved the property’s close location to the adjacent parkland and scenic trails; the outdoor seating areas (both front and back); the close proximity to the downtown area.

Negative: While it was a beautifully decorated property (all be it with a rather quirky taste), it was a little small for five adults to share the space comfortably. Also, one bathroom to be shared between the occupants of three double bedrooms was a bit of a struggle.

Positive: We absolutely loved the location! You can walk to so many cool things! Little markets, coffee shops, trails, golf course, shops, etc... Everything is provided, the beds were comfortable, and the place has everything you might need. Jason was such a great host. He really cares about his place and the people that stay there, and it really shows! When we come to Nashville again, this is where we are staying! Thank you

Positive: The whole feel of the home was great. The beds are soft and comfortable. The owner really did a great job decorating the whole house was really well kept and we loved all the pictures on the walls. Outside is really cute lots of great spots for pictures or just relaxing. The host was kind and quickly responsive.
