Summary: Eight senior ladies had a great time. Very convenient location (Publix grocery store is a 5min walk through the parking lot). Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to downtown. We took a Lyft/Uber everywhere, but there is a 2 garage if needed. Itay was quick to respond to any questions and gave some great suggestions for dining and activities. Highly recommend.

Summary: We stayed at this property for a friend’s birthday celebration in Nashville. We had 4 couples, each with their own bed and bathroom. We appreciated having a garage also. We had everything we needed, including Keurig coffee maker. The beds were comfortable and the rooms a nice size. There is a Public’s grocery store and a Starbucks that basically have a shared parking lot with the condo. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was convenient to downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Itay was wonderful and this property is gorgeous. It’s a short Uber to town and the Publix quite literally behind the house was incredibly convenient in addition to Starbucks and some other spots for food. The house was very clean, and ideal room arrangements for a group where we didn’t feel on top of each other and had plenty of privacy. The big open kitchen was the perfect place to hang! With safety a concern for many groups in hot spot cities these days, we liked the locking system in place so no one had to remember to lock the door, the ability to do pickups and drop offs from Publix to avoid our address and the property was well lit. Highly recommend visiting this property!
