Negative: The appartement was not ready at the check in time which was 15:00 while they knew that we are already in the city via the earlier message in the morning. The lady was cleaning until 15:10. The drain in the bathtub was clogged and the water went very slowly. Also for the toilet you needed to flush multiple times. Its like there is some drain issue.

Positive: The house you rented for temporary accommodation fully met our expectations. The location is great. 2 minutes from the bus, metro and train lines. There are places around that are open 24 hours a day for every meal and drink. There is a large supermarket chain. You can also buy something to eat here for a very reasonable price and consume it at home. There are items to meet all your needs in the house. When we entered, the cleaning had just been completed and the cleaning was very good. The person who was handling the rental was very attentive and polite.

Negative: You have to climb some stairs to reach the house, but this did not cause us any problems.

Positive: Great location, easy self check-in and check-out process. The staff is friendly and responds very quickly. Comfortable beds.

Negative: The bedroom from the street side is very noisy during the night. I didn’t like that we had to collect and throw the garbage before check-out - not that this is a big deal, but when you book and pay for your stay, you expect the cleaners to do everything in the property.

Summary: I recommend the property, great location.

Positive: what I loved about this place was. it is just as it looks in the photos clean, nice and arranged by someone with taste. it was a great experience and I will definitely take it again if I visit London.

Negative: regardless of how much I loved this place and that I will recommend it to anyone asks me about a place to stay in London. I wish they had bidet or at least handheld bidet.

Summary: Very nice, comfortable and very great place to stay in that worth the money
