Positive: The apartments on Bishopsgate are in an excellent location. I made a last minute booking and booked the studio apartment. It was large with more than enough space. It had everything I needed. I received a warm welcome from Josh on the reception, super helpful. Mario on reception was also very helpful on the Sunday morning. I highly recommend and will definitely rebook when I need to stay in London again.

Negative: Nothing really - I know they have just been taken over recently, so just needs a bit of TLC in the bathroom but this is all (finishing etc.)

Summary: Wonderful stay in Perfect location for Shoreditch!

Positive: Great location and staff were very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. The bedrooms were perfect for what we required and the living spaces were well equipped. Sofas weren’t that comfortable but we didn’t use them much given we were only staying for the night. Only complaint would be the bathroom, a terrible smell of drainage made it unbearable to use. Could see that there had clearly been some kind of flood as the floor tiles were stained and damaged.

Negative: The bathroom - this really let the property down as it wasn’t a pleasant experience to use. Plumbing needs to be addressed to prevent the foul smell and the whole room could do with an update.

Positive: Great location and spacious. Good value. Having a front reception was a plus, as we could store our luggage for a couple of hours after checking out. Would definitely stay there again.
