Positive: - The owners are really friendly and always available and helpful! - Breakfast is really good - Everything was very clean

Negative: - I think I was unlucky, and I got the worst room in the Pousada (I saw that the others were renovated and nicer). My room was very old, dark and shabby: no plug sockets anywhere in the room to charge my mobile phone or other electronic devices (I had to use the only one available next to the modem far from the bed), no light switch next to the bed, which means that I had to walk in the dark if I needed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night! For the price you pay (which allows you to stay in a 4 Star hotel in Recife) I would expect that at least they provide shampoo and shower gel and a little bottle of water...I understand it's basic and that everything is overpriced in Noronha, but these small details would be really welcome. - Now the worst part: there is a bar with VERY loud music just across the street in front of the pousada. It's impossible to sleep until almost midnight! I had to cross the street twice and ask the guys to turn the volume down and 23h30 because I couldn't sleep! I know it's not the Pousada owners' fault, but they should really make an effort in trying to solve the situation. It's unacceptable to pay this high price to visit "paradise" and a natural reserve and not be able to sleep in silence...

Positive: They arrange a shuttle from the airport. Communication was good. Solid breakfast spread. The garden is attractive, and the kitties that live on the property are friendly.
