Positive: I used Pour Une Agreable Pause au Parc for one night only. I arrived late but,owner Jean Marc was waiting for me to direct me to the locked underground garage and show me to the apartment. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Will use again in addition it’s only a few minutes away from motorway so it great when you are travelling from north to south. Highly recommend

Positive: I phoned host and he met us. He showed us the secure parking and helped my husband take the bikes off the car. A booklet about the area had an english section.

Negative: We only stayed two nights. If we had known how convenient and pleasant it was we might have booked longer. We were stopping off on our way to main holiday. We expected cheap and cheerful (you get what you pay for) yet it was well furnished, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed.

Positive: Jean-Marc is an angel. He has really thought about what his guests might need. He met us at the property. We were 3 friends travelling on bicycles. He had cold drinks ready for us, a bicycle pump, oil and other bike kit in the garage. The flat is just off the velo scenic bike route 3 bedrooms beautifully prepared, a marvellous kitchen, a great shower, a washing machine and lots of small details that really make a difference; washing tablets, cold drinks in the fridge,a detailed explanation book for the flat and the area. He left us 3 packs of information about not only the cycle route we were following but other cycle routes in the area. A 10 minute stroll had us in Alençon centre to visit this pretty town and choose a venue for dinner. Jean-Marc met us in the morning as we left to check we had everything we needed. This is a man who seems to really love what he is doing. We couldn't recommend this place more!

Positive: Jean-Marc supplied everything you could possibly need, water bottles, orange juice, biscuits, coffee, tea etc etc. All bath towels, bed linen. The apartment was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. It was faultless, and Jean-Marc was extremely helpful. 😀
