Positive: Great location and well appointed. The rooftop pool was amazing.

Negative: Construction on the building next door was noisy during the day. But not too bad.

Positive: We made our own breakfast every day. Nice kitchen. Good stove and cooking pots.

Negative: Construction next door very noisy, but hey what can you do, not your fault. Cappucino machine in kitchen missing drip tray and instructions, and was very complicated. Flat sink in kitchen hard to drain and clean.

Summary: $4,000 Canadian dollars for 9 nights is expensive but it was a late booking and we love PMorelos

Positive: Accurate photos. Clean, spacious, comfy beds and well equpped kitchen (though there's no coffee maker). The apartment is very stylish and has everything you need for a relaxing short or long stay. The futon bed is comfortable for a small person. We were also able to rent beach chairs for 20 pesos/day, which was great.

Negative: We thought the apartment was a short walk from the beach as the description says it's next to Playa Puerto Morelos. Well, it is... but there is no path to get there as the beach is fully locked off. You need to walk to the city center (10-15 min) to get to the nearest beach. Also, there was no sea view and the pool area was nice but always quite crowded.

Positive: Beautiful and comfortable property. Maryel and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. It felt like a true retreat. I'd definitely visit again.

Negative: Can hear other guests / footsteps from the unit above. It's otherwise very peaceful.

Positive: We loved everything, great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment itself was sparkling clean and new and we were grateful for the laundry facilities. Lots of space and a really big nice comfy bed. The kitchen was fantastic, had absolutely everthing you would need.

Negative: We were facing the back street, a sea view would have been the cherry on top.

Negative: Advertised as three beds. Only has one bed. Perfect for 2. Tight for 4people. We let owner know that we had rented it because it was advertised as 3 bed but she didn’t reply.

Positive: It was an extremely well kept unit large apartment with 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms which was extremely convenient with a beautiful view and balcony facing the ocean.

Negative: Nothing really; they could have added a dishwasher but otherwise the unit had washer dryer and lots of beach towels to use and rewash.
