The entire basement walkout to the fully landscaped backyard is yours. Separate entrance by code, backs onto green space. Quiet. The owners live above but the pool and amenities are yours.
Inside there is a home theatre, sauna, ping pong table, arcade machine and a kitchenette with small fridge and microwave and such.
Two sound proofed bedrooms and a pullout couch and air mattresses in the common space for flexibility.
Pet friendly both inside and in the pool with grass along the side.
There are cameras around the pool and pointed out the back door for liability and insurance. The hot tub and inside are private. We are in a residential neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and shopping in Kingston’s West end. 20 mins to downtown!
