Positive: We did not spent much time in the room since we were visiting old friends but the motel was in a convenient location for us with easy access. Mostly quiet rooms except when people who were smoking just outside of our room did get loud at times but at least they were there for a short time. Parking just outside of the room door was very handy.

Negative: The only complaint would be that the microwave was rather high up to reach and the counter space in the bathroom was limited.

Summary: Country setting in the city with a convenient location.
