Summary: Two families shared this house for a weekend in Kingston for a sporting event. The house was clean and well furnished. There was some construction is the house that did make the extra basement space off limits, however we were updated about the construction before our visit. The house is comfortable and quiet. It was much quieter than any hotel I could image staying. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and communicated very quickly. This place is a gem.

Note some of the listings reference a HOT TUB as an amenity, but that was not obvious or an interest of ours. Perhaps its a January thing. Not sure. Thanks for running a property with NO Surprises. The best kind!!!
