Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Ponte House. The house is spacious, modern and very clean and has beautiful on the Porto Moniz bay. It's also nicely located, a few minutes from the While we did not meet our hosts, they were extremely nice to us and brought some paracetamol for my son who was sick (as pharmacies were closed on that day). They also left a lot of goodies for us, including food and sweets, as well as tickets for the natural pools. It's be hard to ask for more!

Positive: We loved the views we got from every room in the house and also taking shower with a view of the Atlantic ocean is unforgettable. The kitchen was well equipped and the AC served well for heating up during the winter months. Parking is available just around the corner. The hosts prepared fruit upon our arrival, also some special fruit that looked like berries which we never saw before but it was delicious. Walking distance to the pools in Porto Moniz, also short drive to Fanal forest and levadas. Listening to the waves crashing on the rocks at night was a great way to fall asleep. Also having a washing machine and electric dryed was amazing as there was not much direct sunshine during the days in February to dry clothes outdoor. They also allowed us to have a later check out. We would gladly come back! Thank you for your hospitality family Ponte!
Negative: Tv was a bit outdated. It would have been great if the tv had Youtube or Netflix but that was just a minor thing and if you stay only for a few night you won't even notice it. 😉
