Positive: Its was an apartment which is not a hotel its very clean snd cozy and the view was amazing from our room

Negative: The sofa which we opened as bed wasn’t too much comfortable and the door for balcony allows some cold air to be in but also the heater is working well

Positive: Very good price if you travel in a group of 5 people.

Negative: I have to pay 20 euros for cleaning service but even I left my room very clean, the receptionist required me to come back to throw the trash away myself, which made me miss the bus and I must wait for 3 more hours for the next bus, and I lost my chance to visit Val de Funnes too. Such a bad experience!

Positive: "Budapest Grand Hotel" meets the hotel from "The Shining", in a good way :) The hotel's location is very convenient, with stunning views left, right, and center. The whole complex is huge. We visited the swimming pool and saunas - although everything is dated, we were not disappointed. The owner ensured we were satisfied with our stay via WhatsApp, which was a nice, personal touch.

Negative: The check-in with our receptionist was lengthy and confusing. Guests need to pay extra for each set of bed linen, and the staff kept misunderstanding how many sets we needed. It took three approaches until we nailed it. The double bed in our room had only one single duvet. Three out of five beds in our room were couches - if they were not so unstable and uncomfortable, it would be OK. The WiFi did not work.

Summary: Dated and confusing, but with fantastic views and location.

Negative: Had to pay for cleaning fee and linens separately which was a little weird but the hotel told us before we arrived. The hallways could use some maintenance as it was dark on the way to our room- felt a little haunted
