The House is located in Locality Alverà, in a high and very scenic area of Cortina d'Ampezzo.
A few steps from the bus stop and 1 Km from the centre of Cortina. The apartment is perfect for a family holiday or with a group of friends looking for comfort and space in one of the most beautiful and scenic areas of Cortina d'Ampezzo.
The apartment is located on the second floor and consists of a spacious living area with a dining table and chairs, a fireplace, two sofas and a bookcase with an LCD TV. Two large windows make the living room extremely bright and welcoming. Proceeding along the corridor, you reach the equipped kitchen with a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. Following this, we find a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine and then in the sleeping area three spacious bedrooms. One room has been recently renovated and is entirely furnished in wood and has a private bathroom with a shower box, then we find another room with a comfortable double bed and finally a room with 2 single beds.

Summary: Hosts were very responsive via WhatsApp. Place was clean, comfortable, and safe. We did miss having a clothes dryer and wish it had a better view of the beautiful mountains. 4 minute drive into town where you could park and explore all of Cortina. I believe there was a bus stop directly across the street.
