Summary: Plenty of room for our group of 8, with 4 nice and cozy bedrooms. Central a/c kept up confortable. Easy access to metro stations. Practical private and safe parking for our vehicles. The host is very communicative and easy to reach. Thanks to our host Jacob!

Summary: The owner had an emergency at the property we booked and put us in a different one. Because it was last minute the bathrooms were not cleaned properly, which is understandable due to circumstances. There was hair in the showers, so I knew that that hadn’t been cleaned correctly, so I just cleaned them with the cleaning supplies at the house. I just would have liked better communication due to arriving at a house thinking it had 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, and it actually having 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths initially, then he opened the basement for us to use, which added another bedroom and bathroom, after we asked but it was used for storage, so it was a bit cluttered. It was better then having no where to stay at the last minute. I know he did his best, couldn’t obviously know about the emergency ahead of time. We loved DC, and the location was great. So I have overall 4 stars because of the circumstances, he tried his best.
