Positive: The place is quite lovely with all the necessities at hand.
Negative: My only complaint, which is from my wife, is the sofa is in the wrong place. When she would lean to the back of the sofa she would hit her head on the bar counter located at the back that was really meant for bar stools - by its design. So if you go to sit down on the sofa, do not lean all the way back unless you want a little head ache. All of this is meant to be humorous though. The place is very nice with wonderful hosts. It is a beautiful place.

Positive: This place is a haven of modern comfort and thoughtfulness, designed to feel like a home away from home. The North Capital Charm apartment has impressive attention to detail, starting from the very beginning with the hosts clear and concise email instructions. As soon as you enter the apartment, the plush blanket and couch cushions welcome you to snuggle up and relax. There's ample space in the bedroom and office space to unpack or organise your luggage. And there's even a lush hair straightener to help tame the most exhausted travellers' hair. The bathroom is small but fit for purpose with great shower pressure, and the washing machine and dryer did a brilliant job for our laundry. The kitchen and appliances are obviously top of the line, which makes for an effortless stay on nights you decide to eat in or cook. Being a downstairs unit means you may hear footsteps or sounds of creaky floorboards from the upstairs neighbour. But this shouldn't take away from your overall experience. It's clear there's been a lot of care put into creating a warm and welcoming space for guests. We would definitely recommend this haven to others.
Summary: Highly recommended
