Positive: Absolutely fantastic stay! They offer complimentary shuttle pickup and dropoff from/to the airport. The driver was waiting there with a sign with my name, and dropoff was on time and prompt as well. They are so nice and friendly here and speak perfect English too. Rate was very reasonable too. The shower pressure was excellent and the bed was comfortable and the wifi worked good. Zero complaints and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone visiting Dili, the location is also excellent.

Positive: Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this property. The hotel was undergoing renovations during my visit, with guests staying in the older building behind the newly constructed reception area. While the pool was still under construction, it appears it will be an attractive addition once completed. Room & Amenities: My room was clean and comfortable, though showing its age. The bed was adequate, and complimentary bottled water was a thoughtful touch. I appreciated having parking available in the hotel lot for my rental car, and the WiFi worked reliably throughout my stay. Dining: The hotel offers on-site dining options. I enjoyed a quality meal at their new steakhouse and had breakfast daily at the Chinese restaurant, which featured both cooked-to-order items and a buffet—both conveniently located on the property. Location: The hotel is well-situated in a safe neighborhood with good walkability. Several of Dili's key attractions are within easy walking distance, as are other dining options including a nice Portuguese restaurant nearby. Other guesthouses and hotels in the area provide additional choices for visitors. Service: The staff were consistently kind and efficient throughout my stay. The front desk team were very helpful. They close at 9 pm, after which guests use a side entrance through the parking lot. Service was always present but unintrusive, and everyone is very polite.

Negative: My stay got off to a rocky start. Despite receiving confirmation that the hotel would pick me up at the airport, no one arrived. After waiting about an hour, I arranged my own transport and was inadvertently taken to the Timor Plaza Hotel in Dili's main mall instead. Fortunately, the staff there were extremely helpful—they contacted the other Plaza Hotel on my behalf, and a driver collected me within thirty minutes. Once I arrived at the correct hotel, the staff apologized profusely for the oversight.

Summary: Comfortable accommodations in a good location, although the property was completing renovations.
