Positive: Lovely staff. Not far from the port. Fantastic restaurant

Negative: Shower not great - but good for Dili

Positive: Amazing staff who took care of our needs. Staff had great English so were able to communicate easily. Very friendly and informative. We really appreciated Clementino on the front desk, he knew lots about our Māori culture in New Zealand and he really went above and beyond on a public holiday to ensure that we were comfortable. We dined at the restaurant and that was fantastic also.

Positive: Good location: very close to the city center and beach, and easily take microlet to Cristo Rei. Good staff: they were helpful in solving my problems and were very friendly. Good breakfast: the omelette is delicious. Others: the room relatively clean; no mosquito and insect during my stay; low level noise

Negative: Slow airport pickup (because of traffic that day) and water supply suddenly shut down at night. But I can understand that the infrastructure in Timor Leste is not as good as my home country, not the hotel’s fault. Mantem!

Positive: Stayed here three nights in total (two at the start of the trip and one at the end) and very pleased with everything. Great staff, very friendly. The room was clean, the A/C and wifi worked fine. Breakfast was good, the best part being the pour-over coffee. We didn't have dinner at the restaurant as planned but it seemed busy every night and must be good. There's not a lot of choices in Dili and while it's a little expensive for what you get I'll stay here next time (already planning a return to this interesting country).

Negative: A very nice bonus they pick you up at the airport for free. To take you to the airport they charge $10 for the vehicle, very reasonable. The two of us scheduled a ride and there was another guest going at the same time who paid at the front desk (and we were going to give him something for our share). When we arrived at the airport the driver insisted the two of us also pay $10, even though the other guy showed proof of payment, so they got paid twice for one ride.

Positive: Good location close to the waterfront, very clean rooms and serviced daily if you wish. Laundry and breakfast are included. You should definitely have dinner in their restaurant; the food is amazing quality! A 3 course meal for two people cost us about 520,000 Rp. There is a coffee next door that serves great coffee and cakes. This is a training hotel, and their professionalism is excellent.
