Positive: The hotel is very clean the staff are very friendly and nice. They are constantly cleaning and always with smiles on their faces. Please come and stay in this hotel and you won’t be disappointed. I love their tagline “here your stay changes lives” so go stay there and change someone’s life.

Positive: Location is great, food amazing and staff very welcoming. To me, it felt a bit expensive and the room was spacious but had a very small window, not much natural light coming in, but that's a personal preference. Special thanks to Jose , Clementine and Sarah .

Positive: All the essentials, air-con, hot water and WiFi worked really efficiently. The room was a reasonable size and clean. We found it a good location for the places in Dili that we needed to go. Unusually, for hotels in this part of the world, there was a kettle to make drinks in the room. Brilliant breakfasts and reliable, tasty dinners in the restaurant. What to us was even more important was the underlying philosophy of training up young Timorese to work in the hospitality industry.

Negative: Maybe some milk, or powdered milk,for the tea/coffee in the room would have been nice, as would salt and pepper for the eggs at breakfast.

Summary: A great choice of where to stay in Dili so that you are supporting young Timorese!
