Positive: Clean apartment in a great location. I loved staying here with the gorgeous views, easy beach access, a bar by the pool and being able to walk around in their own gated community. A very at home feeling and we will be back! Thanks for a great stay Pinnacle Port!

Negative: The showers were outdated and hard to adjust to the right temperature. The water would change from super hot to ice cold.

Summary: Pinnacle port is a fun, relaxed environment that is perfect for families!!

Negative: The security guard pro filed my son said he fit a description of something that happened in my husband spoke and told him That’s a child minor and my son who been with us all day.then he said aw and walk off but we never heard of anything happening and the neighbors didn’t either

Negative: Host send key just few minutes before check in time, but before that I wasn't so clear on the check in process.

Positive: Loved that is away from all the hustle and bustle. The room was clean, and liked how there was rooms upstairs and the master downstairs.

Negative: My only complaint, those are not Queen beds. Fortunately, there was enough beds that we didn’t have to sleep together in them. It would’ve been miserable trying to sleep two in those full beds.

Summary: Overall, nice place, location is good, room was clean, but beds need to be upgraded to actual Queen beds.

Positive: The unit was beautiful and so comfortable! We have five children so the beds was perfect!

Negative: The door frame to the front of the unit was busted and we couldn't lock our door during our stay and when we reached out to let someone know we was told they would be right on it but no one ever showed up.a
