Summary: I have been staying at Carillon Beach for 47 years. First, at Pinnacle Port and then in many different houses once our family outgrew the condo. This week we arrived at this clean and beautiful home. It was exactly as listed. Clean, spacious, plenty of seating. There was an air conditioning issue and it wasn’t cooling the house properly (and the temps were in the 90s). The owner had the air conditioning come out three different times (and they were AWESOME!!! They explained what was going on and because of the time they were there…they were extremely quiet and worked til it was fixed). Because of this issue…the owner credited my account a portion of my stay for the inconvenience. We have had this occur at other houses and I have NEVER been considered the way they considered us. We are looking at staying here for two weeks next year. It was such a great experience.

Summary: We had our extended family of 10 for spring break vacation. Something for everyone! Grandma loved the short walk to the heated pool while the pre-teens enjoyed biking in the neighborhood. Young adults could hop in the golf cart and head to the beach or the village to grab a drink and some pizza. The host was very responsive and the home was lovely. Everything as described. Great use of space in the house.
