Summary: Double Down beach house is awesome! Great location and just across the street from the beach ! less than a 5 minute walk! Plenty of room for all the families to come together and have lots of fun and make great memories! The only thing I would recommend is to refresh the pillows. Very easy fix! We have been coming for over six years. We love it! Time flies! We will be back!

Summary: What can I say? Double Down has become our home away from home for three generations of us. We are grateful for the setting, for the way we are treated if there is ever an issue, for the chance to build memories for a lifetime in what has become a special place for us. We have been coming for nine straight years, and we pray that God will allow us to come for more--it's already reserved!

Summary: This is our third time at Double Down with our large extended family. The home is always clean and is ideally located only a few steps from the beach. This strip of 30A is unbeatable - you really can’t find the peace, calm, and clean and beautiful beaches anywhere else. We come looking for peace and quiet and are never disappointed. Having the small pool out back is such a huge bonus for the kids who can’t quite hold their own in the waves, and the house is stocked with toys and beach stuff. Clarissa is such a thoughtful and communicative host - we love staying here and hope to be back again!

Summary: This was a great place to stay and share with my loved ones. Plenty of space, nice clean room, great social areas for family and friends especially the second floor. I would recommend this property to all my friends and family to book and stay anytime they want a great place to stay by the beach. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Summary: Beautiful property in Panama City Beach located directly across the road to easy beach access. The beach house was huge, clean and accommodating with ample parking out front and a private backyard patio with a grill, tables, chairs, loungers and a plunge pool. I loved how the house was decorated tastefully with beach inspired deco and tranquil colors both inside and out. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all a good size, pristine and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the second floor balcony taking in the view and feeling the breeze. The kitchens on both the first and second floor were well designed with great appliances, cabinets/drawers stocked with plenty dishes/silverware/pots & pans and lots of condiments. Both spaces provided counter seating and huge tables for dining. There also was livingroom seating/sleeping ateas on all three floors. Beach chairs, a wagon, umbrellas, toys and a chest full of beach towels were provided as well as indoor games. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property to all who plan to visit the Panama City Beach area.

Summary: Very good property for my large extended family. What I really liked:1. Cleanliness and completeness of furniture, kitchen, decor.2. Number and size of bedrooms and bathrooms. Love the large showers.3. Access to the beach is amazing with a large variety of beach chairs and beach toys at the property.4. Having a pool for kids and adults to use after beach time.5. Having two refrigerators, both with great ice makers and cold water to support our large group.6. BBQ Grill (Egg type) worked very well and exceeded my expectations to cook food for our group.7. Clarissa (manager) was very good to communicate with. Any questions I had, she answered right away.Overall 5 stars for this property!
