Summary: Amazing stay. Beautiful. Close to beach access. Great communication. The only reason it’s a five star review is because that was the highest choice. Immaculately clean, Very spacious- had five couples and kids and had plenty of space, suite-like bathrooms and privacy. Ocean views and one minute walk to beach! Will be booking again.

Summary: Hoping to hit on some things not in other reviews because reviews and pics were very helpful to us. The word β€œplenty” comes to mind. PLENTY of communication, cold a/c, hot water showers, group and private gathering space, refrigerators and freezers, kitchen supplies and cooking space, televisions, extra outdoor beach chairs and boogie boards. Especially worked perfect for us because of the handicap accessibility on first floor. Our whole family was able to feel at home. Only regret is that Double Down is not available for our family vacation next year. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Summary: This was our first time to West End Panama City! We have previously stayed in Miramar Beach and on 30-A. Everything at Double Down was perfect! We loved the beach! It was not crowded and our group had space to spread out. The house was amazing! There was plenty of room for everyone. Clarissa was a great host. She had everything you could possibly need. We will return!

Summary: We just finished a weeklong vacation at "Double Down." The were 16 of us and we all agreed this was the best extended family vacation we have had in the last 20+years. The owner, Clarissa, has left nothing to the imagination an is a veteran at vacation rentals. She responds quickly and is hyper attentive to detail. Everything from beach equipment to towels and two extremely well equipped kitchens. There are games and books, great wifi and internet TV with all the apps for a rainy day inside. The air-conditioning in this house is amazing and really kept us cool when the July heat would take your breath away. The grill was HUGE for us as we are a big grilling family. We really enjoyed the outdoor space with the grill, pool and space to socialize. The beach is a two minute walk and is pristine. This end of the beach isn't crowded so no need to get up early to find real estate there. We give this house 6 stars and our highest recommendation for your vacation at PCB!

Summary: This house is perfect for our three generation family vacation. We love that each adult couple has a king size room and bath, and there's also plenty of room for kids. The kitchens are well-equipped and the house is clean. We've stayed here five times, I think, and plan to return. It's a very short walk to the beach with only one step which is a huge plus as we get older. We love the location which is much quieter than being nearer Panama City, but it's close enough to drive in for shopping, dinner, or activities. My family always has to eat at Angelos and play Goofy Golf or Pirates Cove golf.. We have a great time each year.

Summary: THIS HOUSE WAS super spacious, comfortable, and very well stocked for our family of 17!! The bedrooms and bathrooms are all so roomy and beautiful!! It’s a β€œhappy house”! The TWO kitchens were perfect for large gatherings for meals and were very well stocked. The back patio with pool was perfect for grilling, hanging out, and cooling off from the beach. There are great views of the Gulf from the second and third floor porches. The beach access paths are just across the street and your on the beach in less than 2 minutes. Clarissa and Jason were great to communicate when we needed anything!! There are great restaurants within 10-15 minutes, some of our favorites were: Bayou Bills, Mikes Cafe/Oyster Bar, Thomas’ Donuts/pizza/ice cream, Salty Sue’s, Lake Powell Pizza. You can’t go wrong if you choose Double Down, we would DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!
