Please note this is one side of a duplex and there is another suite on the other side. These are two separate suites, completely sectioned off, and with separate entrances. There is plenty of parking space but if you have more than 2 vehicles please park on the street. You'll have access to the entire place. This side has straight access to the backyard.

Nestled in-between the I-45 (for quick access) and Sam Houston Avenue lies this cozy house, big enough for 10. Down the street from Pita Pit (0.5mi), and a College Students favourite; Insomnia cookies (0.5mi) but still secluded in its own quiet private neighbourhood make this a must stay residence. Walmart, Academy, Whataburger (0.3mi) and Panda Express (0.4mi) are all right across the street and Sam Houston University (0.8mi) is within walking distance. A local favourite around here Is Potato Shack (1mi). You can have your stuffed potato in more ways than you can Imagine.
Getting Around:
Uber is readily available and there is enough parking for 6+ vehicles around the home! There are also many walking and biking trails nearby.

Summary: The location is great with a plethora of options close by, and a quiet neighborhood. The check in was alright and they responded quickly although when we first arrived there a bunch of dead roaches and a couple live ones. The water pressure in the shower is totally inadequate with it feeling like a slow drip from a faucet it takes forever to actually take a shower. Although they had a great washer and dryer they also did include shampoo and body wash. For the last day and a half the lock on the door didn’t work any and the windows were unlocked the whole time without a way to lock them. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work at all meaning their TV didn’t work at all. Although they included a few board and card games which were fun for a bit. Overall okay but definitely advertised as being better with the pictures looking great.

Summary: Rented for family to stay together while completing weekend work project. Excellent property, had a few questions and problem at check in, management company very responsive and immediately addressed/resolved issue. Family enjoyed the stay, would recommend this property to others.

Summary: Lots of problems from the beginning. Locks on doors did not work, entry door was unlocked when we got there. Contacted host and after a bit he gave me master code to unlock the doors but it would not lock the back door, so every time we left someone had to lock the back door from the inside and go out the front door. The refrigerator had no power and after several texts and a bit of time the host gave us entry into the unit next door so we could use that refrigerator. All the dishes were in the dishwasher and were dirty, someone tried to run it but it did not work. NO soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The internet was also out but we were able to reset the box. As we found each issue it took sometime before we could reach the host who was in another state. It's obvious this place is a party pad for the local collage kids in Huntsville to party and sleep. I asked the host for a partial credit and he tried offering me a deal on another place in another state or town. I emailed him again and said no thanks he responded asking me how much??? He should have made an offer I was done with him at this point., to many texts and emails. Issues 1. Refrigerator no ppower 2. No soap and shampoo 3. Windows all unlocked 4. All dished in dishwasher still dirty 5. Internet not working had to fix 6. Door locks did not work 7. Poor communication
