Positive: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pinescape Homestay in Kurseong and I must say,it was an exceptional experience.The location is perfect, surrounded by lush greenery and offering breathtaking views of hills from the comfort of my room. The property owner displayed outstanding hospitality,making us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and the amenities, including free wifi and parking were a great bonus.But what truly made our stay special was the delicious homemade food, prepared with love and care using fresh produce from their kitchen garden. It's the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave.-Perfect for anyone looking to disconnect from chaos and reconnect with peace.

Positive: Break fast is good. Room facility is good. Gyser/ bathroom is also good. Host is friendly and does room service for dinner on request. Facility overall is fine for this off beat location. From our room window, sun set view was v nice.

Negative: This place is not near any market where you can eat, so need to order food (specially dinner) from the home stay. Price of any meal is 280 (veg/ non veg irrespective of egg or chicken, with daal, veg, salad & papad), which is on the higher side v/s local market rate. Breakfast is free though. Food quality is OK. If you book taxi from their contact for local sight seeing or drop to NJP, rates are slightly higher v/s market, but since this is a remote area you don't have much option. Have told them to put a sign board for direction at the road below as otherwise you have to call and ask direction. Mobile signals are almost nil in the room, but you can get once you step out. Some Wifi is there .

Summary: Stay was pleasant, though slightly expensive and food choices are limited.

Positive: P09 hospitality of the hosts was exceptionally good. The food the hostess served comprised vegetables and leafy greens from her kitchen garden, and food tasted really good. The accommodation was nice with an awesome view. The only drawback is the distance of the place from the market.
