Summary: I selected this property due to its very close location to The Pines Hall and the beach for a wedding we were attending. The property was very clean and tidy, everything supplied and good communication with the owner. Just one point to make. I feel if I don't say then how will the owner know. The mattresses on the bunk beds, the one I slept on anyway, was very uncomfortable . Perhaps a thick rubber mattress with a memory foam topper pad will make for a much more comfortable night's sleep. No issues with any of the other beds nor the overall experience - just the bunks. Thank you Lynda
