Negative: Booking .com messing up the booking. We grateful staff had a room for us and were apologetic and kind - gave us a box of chocolates TV remote wouldn't work. Uncomfortable chairs to sit in at night

Negative: There were no extra blankets, only 1 blanket on bed & the pillows weren't the best. I'd definitely take extra blankets next time.
