Summary: We were 4 adults who love ocean swimming, sailing and good food, and returned to the St. Croix east end that we enjoyed on our 1st visit 3 years ago. Pineapple Ridge Villa has a lovely ocean view with good access to lovely beaches, marinas, grocery shopping and restaurants. Its ample ample living space, cozy furniture, modern kitchen, portable beach chairs and amenities made our vacation a pleasure. The owners and management company were helpful and responsive. Lots of stars could be seen from the large patio, loved our stay.

Summary: This property was everything we could have imagined. Great location, great property, air conditioned bedrooms, large kitchen and stocked with all necessities. Our family fully enjoyed the pool and the views! We will absolutely be returning to this property on our next trip to the island! Highly recommend this property.

Summary: Everything was great from check in to check out! The house was neat and tidy and we were stocked well with everything we needed. The pool and patio and perfect with the most beautiful view of the ocean. The location was great because it was private but close to beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Summary: My husband and I visited for our 20th anniversary and we could not have picked a better place. The view and breeze are spectacular! Everything we needed aside from groceries is provided. Plenty of linens, paper supplies, full stocked kitchen, beach gear, tins of books and dvds, drink coolers and every kitchen appliance you could need. We rented a car and visited a different place each day and came back to swim and cool off. It’s a gated house, so we always felt safe. If we ever go back, we would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: Everyone on the island was super friendly. The house was clean and accuarte to listing. Property manager Cheri was super helpful and communicative - she even gave us a ride the first day! Cathy, the on property owner, also was friendly and gave recommendations and showed us around part of the island. We will be back!

Summary: Everything one would need in the fully equipped kitchen- The bedding and pillows need an upgrade for sure for the money spent at this property- The open air windows were beautiful but rain blew in with a vengeance over night and soaked my computer on a table in the office, which was a HUGE BUMMER, so beware. I would rent here again but not for a small group on a short trip- The kitchen wasn’t used as it should have been on our part- The pool is not heated but plenty of beach toys and towels! No courtesy toiletries are offered in any of the bathrooms except TP and very little of that.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful view. Every amenity that you could ask for except whole house air conditioning. Perfect accommodation for two couples to have their own separate spaces with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. Open air concept was lovely (and at times quite hot!) but concerning with regards to security and keeping bugs out. No sense in locking the door since anyone could climb in any one of the open windows. It was a gated property with owner on property next door, which did help us feel more safe. We did have our car broken into a about a mile from the property so we were a bit on edge for rest of the stay as a result. The house had just about everything we needed and wanted. The spacious layout and beautiful deck space and pool were steps away, with tons of comfortable outdoor seating options. Bedrooms had wall air conditioners and we were eventually able to get them cooled down for comfortable sleeping. It was very breezy during our stay which did make the heat in the rest of the space more manageable. We truly loved this home and the escape it provided us. Having been the victims of local crime on our first day did put a damper on our short trip, but we loved our stay and would definitely make it our first choice if we ever make it back to St. Croix.

Summary: This place was amazing. Perfect setting and outstanding view of St. Croix's s southern end. Constant light breeze almost everyday. I highly recommend staying here. If it wasn't for additional friends coming next year we would've already re-booked it but we need more bedrooms next year. Thank you, so much for letting us stay.

Summary: We loved our stay at Grapetree! The interior and exterior match the photos and description. The decor is lovely, home feels spacious and is very comfy. It is stocked with everything you need for your stay including beach chairs, pool towels, coolers, pool floats and all the necessary kitchen tools including basic food pantry items. The pool area is wonderful with lots of seating and the view is spectacular! The house was very clean and everything is in working condition. Communication from the host was great. Location is perfect, far enough from the more populated areas but a short drive to all the wonderful restaurants and shops in Christiansted. It is nice, quiet and peaceful at the house. The beaches on the east end are amazing and only a short drive such as Jack and Isaac Bay plus Point Udall is right there. If you want to get to the other end of the island such as Sandy Point Beach near Frederiksted (which is a must) it takes about 50 minutes.

Summary: Beautiful tropical home. Great location for us, quiet and serene Very comfortable beds. Futons not so comfortable but acceptable Sadly the communication with property management was not good. Went 3 1/2 days without any response to issues. Yes it was during the holidays, but someone should be available to renters during that time.
