These spectacular views can be enjoyed from the pool deck and most of the windows of this beautiful Caribbean villa. Although the pool deck offers enough space and privacy to keep you blissfully occupied, access to soft sand beaches on the North and South shores are a short walk or drive away.
Elegant and colorfully decorated, this ranch style home features an open concept living with vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The main living area is at the heart of the villa which opens to the expansive pool deck. Plenty of seating for dining, drinking, and relaxing is readily available both inside and out. This villa comfortably hosts 8 guests with its four bedrooms: One king bedroom with en-suite, one queen bedroom with en-suite, one queen bedroom with one separate bathroom and separate studio apartment with queen bed, bathroom and kitchenette.

Summary: We had a wonderful 10-day stay over Christmas. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. The deck is outstanding, and the pool is great. We loved the views on both sides. There are several beaches close by. Smugglers Cove was an easy walk. The stores are also very easy to get to. John was a great host and answered our texts very quickly. It was also nice to know he was close by. If we got back to St. Croix, we will stay here, hopefully for longer.

Summary: This property is a hidden gem. The owners are as well. The pictures don't do it justice. There are full ocean views on both sides of the deck, the house is clean and VERY spacious, A/C throughout, the kitchen is very large and FULLY stocked with all necessary pots/pans/utensils. All 4 rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and beautiful. Our family have been traveling for dive trips for the last 25 years, and this is the first home I felt like I could actually live in. John is an EXCELLENT host. Anything you need at any time and he is on the doorstep. A very good friend of mine died suddenly 5 days before we arrived. Needless to say, I was grieving quite heavily. The peace and serenity of having total privacy, sitting on the balcony, looking at the ocean and being cooled by the winds then star gazing at night really put my soul at peace. This place is magical and we cannot wait to return.

Summary: Paradise Awaits is the perfect description of the property. It is immaculately maintained, quiet, secure and has postcard views of the island, beaches and surrounding hillsides. The property is located on the East side of the island (quieter side) and came with a fully equipped kitchen that had all the amenities required to prep meals and snacks for the family of 6. The owners met us for check-in and explained all the aspects of the property. Check out was just as easy. The house is large with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Nights by the pool are magical with the dark skies, stars and sounds of the surf coming up from the beach. A perfect home base for an outstanding visit to St. Croix. Look forward to coming back for the next Caribbean vacation!

Summary: I don’t know where to begin with my review of this property. Everything was so amazing, it’s hard to put into words. John the owner is hands down the best host I’ve ever encountered. He goes way above & beyond any expectation. The house is breathtaking….views from every room, clean & stocked with anything you may need….including a nice Cruzan rum bar! The pool was picture perfect & so refreshing after a day at the beach. I could go on all day about the house & John…..thank you from the Totten family

Summary: Paradise Awaits is a perfect destination for a milestone birthday. We were multi-generational family group of 8 and the accommodation were perfect...especially the hugh saltwater pool and beautiful outdoor living area. Host John was great to work with, quick ti answer any question and a great help in getting us checked in for our stay.

Summary: What a beautiful home! 6 adults stayed for a week at Paradise Awaits and we had a wonderful stay. The views from the house are awesome. John was wonderful, always available for questions and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is good. This house has everything and is so well stocked and organized. We have been coming to St. Croix for over thirty years, have rented many homes and condos and this is one of the best houses we have ever rented.We will definitely be back. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Thank you John for a wonderful stay.

Summary: Our stay at the property was amazing! It was extremely clean and spacious. The check-in process was rather seamless. The host was available anytime we needed anything, nothing too big or too small. The views from the deck/pool area are incredible. 5-stars, all the way around. Summary: Relaxation is how I will sum up the island and the home away from home. John was what other reviews have stated and more. He helped us at the airport to get to the house and communicated with us as we had questions during our stay. Peace, quiet, and the morning rainbow while we were there is what a vacation should be. Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay at Twin View Terrace and liked the location on the quieter East End of the island. The main house was very clean and comfortable and extremely well equipped with everything we could need, especially in the kitchen. We were with 3 grown kids and a daughter-in-law and everyone had their private space but also great gathering spaces to hang out together. The deck and pool were fantastic with absolutely gorgeous views of both the north and south coasts! John was a super helpful and accommodating host.
