Positive: Great location for shopping, dining, swimming and the beach.

Negative: There was nothing that we didn't like.

Summary: Three generations of our family had a great vacation.

Negative: check in was difficult. the location was terrible for the price considering property was booked in Jan 22. no trash bags available to fit their trash cans. the temp in unit was not controlled by the tenant, but controlled electronically. the floors were disgusting dirty and we all wore socks or shoes to walk around. baby could not crawl around, rug in den was horrible. I would never recommend this unit, the code on the exterior door to come into unit never worked we had to either go around to parking garage or someone would have to let us in. I booked another unit as well on the 4th floor and we had cards to get into unit unlike ours that we had to remember a code. getting a cart was terrible on day of check out. we did find out that they only have 60 carts available to service the entire premises. we have stayed at Baytown for years in the past and I will say that this unit was the worst I have ever stayed in. as far as the entertainment it was wonderful and we enjoyed the experience

Summary: we will never stay here bathe pilot house in unit 507 and 509. when we arrived checking in to unit 433 was easy and staf
