Summary: The parking situation is hectic if Baytowne Wharf is busy. You will have to park down the street. A little inconvenient if you have to carry anything or if it’s raining. Owner sent messages with entry process, so that was convenient. We were disappointed with the bed sheet cleanliness. The room itself seemed clean other than someone else’s ice cream in the fridge. Sandestin Hilton area as a whole is nice. The condo building/hotel itself is a bit aged. The window from this particular condo is facing the building across from the sidewalk, so be weary of that if you wanted to watch fireworks, etc. You won’t be able to see them. It is convenient if want to do any activities there, you won’t have to drive anywhere.

Summary: Had a great time down at the wharf. Rum Runners piano bar, ice cream shops, quick shuttle to the beach. We didn't have to drive anywhere. Parking was a little scarce in the resident parking lot.

Summary: From the pool to the village of shops and restaurants, to the marina and the shuttle bus that makes going to the beach a breeze-this was the perfect location for fun and relaxation. It has a great family friendly atmosphere but also fun for young adults or the young at heart. The host was very considerate and helpful. I definitely recommend this place and I would stay here again. Zero complaints.
