Set on a private estate this guest wing with own entrance offers privacy in a tranquil
picture postcard location. Only 3 minutes from State Highway 1, 5 minutes to The Base (New Zealand's largest shopping centre), restaurants, bars etc. Guests have exclusive use of their own lounge. The modern wet room has a high powered shower, bath and separate toilet. The french doors open on to your private yard which is flat and fully fenced. Less than 1 hour drive from Waitomo Caves, Hobbiton & Raglan.
As we are a Bed and Breakfast a full extensive continental breakfast is included in the price. Due to Covid we are now setting up a breakfast tray in your Unit so you can help yourselves. For our company bookings we also offer an evening meal menu. Free WiFi available.

Summary: Lovely clean and coat 1 bedroom apartment. Continental breakfast was a pleasant addition to stay. The personal touch that was added to the breakfast was cwry thoughtful and much appreciated. Kim was more than accommodating to our needs. Returning late on a cold night to discover heat pump has been turned on was just the icing on the cake. Would stay again and recommend to anyone wanttto book.
