Hamilton attractions; National Agricultural Field Days, the beautiful Hamilton Gardens and river walks, great shopping and dining. Hamilton is situated central to popular tourist destinations. Only 1 hr 20 mins to Auckland Airport, 50 mins to Hobbiton Movie Set and 2 hrs 15 mins to the Coromandel Peninsula with beautiful beaches along the way. Tauranga and Rotorua are only 1 hr 30 mins respectively and Taupo 2 hours. Summary: Lovely house in a great location. So peaceful. The pool was well maintained and an added bonus as we had brilliant weather so was used every day. Nice welcome touches from the owner upon arrival. Highly recommend.

Summary: we really enjoyed our stay in flagstaff, the house is just beautiful in lovely secluded grounds, very peaceful, with delightful pukekos wandering around. The house is very well furnished with amazing comfortable beds and quality linen, the owners have made sure their guests are comfortable and welcome with lovely little extras everywhere. We really enjoyed our time in the area while the teens were at soundsplash, must do's.. the blue springs and the waterfall walk, great shops and restaurants all close by, very convenient. Thoroughly recommend would love to return!
