Positive: Octavian stayed in close contact with us as we were approaching and he met us when we arrived. The ammenities provided were very nice, the bed was super comfortable, the house and setting were perfect, Octavian was a phenomenal host. Highly recommend.

Positive: Such a great location for the whale tours at Lajes, and we spotted dolphins from the terrace. It's so quiet and peaceful, and very well equipped. Octavian is a perfect host!

Positive: The place was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The manager was extremely welcoming and even left us some local treats, which made our stay feel extra special.
Negative: The property is located near Lajes, a little farther from some of the island’s main attractions. On the bright side, this allowed us to discover some lovely, less touristy spots nearby.
