Summary: This is such a hard review to write because the outdoor space at this house was SUPER. The pool was clean and the new pickleball court was FABULOUS and so much fun! The patio furniture cushions are threadbare and the pool skimmer net was torn, but those are small compared to the ample space and the great mountain in back yard. Coming from the Midwest for a wedding, we were a little concerned when driving to the property. It is at the end of a road with a variety of property types... but the house is in a good spot at the end of the road. The inside of the house is tired and needs updating, but the space was comfortable. The washing machine malfunctioned while we were there and the owner came to fix it promptly. Good communication with his team. I would consider staying here again, because I would be outside all the time and the outdoor living space is a 5 Star!

Summary: House was not very clean. Dust under and on tabletops. If a toy went under beds, needed dust bunnies removed. Only one washcloth/facecloth for entire house. Disappointed front water fountain did not work and some arcade games did not work. Location was excellent for what we wanted to do. House and patio, swimming area was very nice. David was very good to work with.

Summary: We have a group of people who participated in a Leadership event. This location was perfect for this event as it was away from other neighbors - it had amazing ambiance - it had pickleball and the living room was spacious enought to hold all of us for our group times. We also loved the multiple refridgerators/freezers to hold all of the food. David was a great host and I'm so grateful for a perfect place to hold our first Leadership event!

Summary: We had a graduation gathering at this home for all out of our extended family. The house is large and accommodating with plenty of room, comfortable seating areas and gathering spaces. Except for the teens who loved the theater room we spent most of our time outdoors. The pool was lovely, tons of outdoor seating areas and beautiful scenery. The owner was incredibly responsive when we could not figure out how to operate the surround sound. The worst thing about this home is our visit was too short. We highly recommend this home.

Summary: My now Husband and I had rented the Casa de Oasis to house our traveling friends and Family who traversed as far as Germany to celebrate our love story in Mesa, after 15 years together. This was the perfect home to mesh friends and family from all parts of the country. There are so many places to congregate whether you want to relax in the pool, chill in the shaded patio, grill up some steaks, play games, or take naps in the theatre. I don’t think we even took advantage of each and every aspect of the house because we were simply having too much fun. Being a stressed out anxious bride to be, the location couldn’t be more perfect to escape for a scenic run through the quiet and beautiful landscapes that surround you. We were able to take our precious older fur babies with us as well which was needed. The host was awesome, down to earth, responsive and would have totally had him join in on the fun. My guests enjoyed themselves so much, they want to make this an annual trip and rent specifically from him. So grateful to have found the host, who even accommodated us to tour the property ahead of time just to make sure what we saw online was truthful and it did not disappoint. Thank you for making our wedding week that much more amazing so we could ensure our friends and loved ones their traveling to the desert was worth the trip so much that they didn’t want to leave. 5+++ Stars! Thank you!
