Positive: The view is quite beautiful. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Food portion is very generous.
Negative: The power had tripped right before we checked in so we had to move to another room. The bathroom is semi-open (like its outdoor but with fences) and it’s quite cold in December after sunset. So we had to take shower before 4pm before it’s too cold to do so. The mattress is a bit firm for me as well. Do note that towards the end of the trip to this place the road condition is not very good. Our driver asked for more since he said he had to wash his car. If you are not super particular about the view, I would recommend other resorts that aren’t this high up, where you find comparable price but better room conditions. I understand the price Phupetra is asking though—it is the highest up accommodation you can find in that region and it’s not easy to build that place.

Positive: Location was amazing. They provide a transport service to the actual accommodation site as it can be quite treacherous to drive there yourself. There is a parking site for own cars a few kilometres away. Accommodation is nice however be warned the toilet and shower facilities have a theme where there is an open section to the outside which although it's hidden from prying eyes does allow nature being exposed I.e. insects and other small critters. The heating is non existent so if you are going at a time when it's cooler season bring lots of warm clothing.
Negative: There is no heating inside and we found it quite chilly. The toilet and shower is open to wildlife with only a roof covering and although some may like this theme I wasn't a fan as showering whilst it was raining was pretty chilly and also gives open access for insects to crawl in.

Positive: The food they provided is super, super good. I really like the environment. This is my second time here — the first time I came with my family and I loved it so much. After half a year, I came again with my husband, and both of us really enjoyed the scenery. It is truly beautiful.
Negative: The condition of the house this time was not so ideal compared to before. For those who are afraid of insects or lizards like me, I would suggest not to consider this place. The road to this property is quite difficult to drive on. It’s better to use a higher car such as a CR-V or Land Rover. We drove a Toyota Yaris and faced difficulties reaching and leaving the property.
