CACTUS WREN is our 4 BR, 2.5 BA, premium, two story home north of Phoenix and Scottsdale. The home is situated in a family friendly neighborhood with well manicured yards and sidewalks for leisure walking. A 1/4 mile walk from the home is Aviano Community Park which has playground equipment, sidewalks for bike and scooter riding plus shaded benches and picnic tables.
Our home has an exciting backyard oasis with a pool with optional heating, a built-in hot tub, a natural gas fire pit and a covered patio with a gas grill for outdoor cooking and dining. The pool heating cost is $75.00 per day to heat the pool to 80°F. A ping pong table has been added to the shaded courtyard for players of all ages. Traffic noise from behind the home is a possibility.

This home is well appointed throughout. There are large smart TVs for streaming in the great room and ALL bedrooms. Wifi is complimentary.
The cozy great room has comfortable seating in front of a natural gas fireplace and direct access to the backyard oasis. The well stocked, modern kitchen includes table and island seating. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. There is a formal dining room with seating for 8. Highchairs are available to rent. A large office adjacent to the entrance foyer features a desk and chair for your remote work.
~ BEDS, BATHS & BEYOND ~
The bedroom floor plan is split. ALL bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. Three bedrooms, including the primary suite, are upstairs; one bedroom is on the first floor. An upstairs alcove has a second desk for remote work.
The elegant and spacious primary suite is upstairs and features a king bed, large walk-in closet, en suite bath and smart TV. The luxurious bath has a walk-in shower, jetted tub and dual vanity sinks.
Bedroom 2 is upstairs, has a king bed and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 is upstairs, has 2 full beds and shares the Jack and Jill bath with Bedroom 2. The Jack and Jill bath consists of dual vanity sinks and a tub-shower combo. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.
Bedroom 4 with a king bed is on the ground floor. Guests using Bedroom 4 can use the ground floor powder room and tub-shower in upstairs Bathroom 2. The laundry room, also on the ground floor, has brand new appliances and detergent is supplied. Attached to the home is a 2 car garage plus there is driveway parking for one vehicle.

This property is ideal for a family longing for an exciting vacation in the Southwest. Nearby Desert Ridge Marketplace is famous for its shopping and dining choices. The greater Phoenix area has a wide variety of public golf courses as well as all levels of hiking and biking trails. The modern highway system makes it easy to travel to Old Town in Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert and Mesa. Sports fans will love the variety of spring training options plus the clubs and stadiums for watching baseball, football, ice hockey, soccer and more. The Salt River and Tempe Town Lake offer water recreation experiences for the entire family. Museums and art galleries are common throughout the greater Phoenix area. One museum, the Musical Instrument Museum, is a mere 10 minute drive from our home.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 8 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of eight (8).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
The pool heating fee is $75.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F.
Spa heating only with no pool heating is $25.00 per day, October through April.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
This home does not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances.
