This second floor walk up condo, features 1425 sq ft of luxury living with a killer view of the pool and club house.
This professionally renovated home is decorated and furnished with a Phoenix inspired cobalt blue & cream contemporary design, and is truly your home away from home!
A large cream leather sectional grounds the space for ampul seating and is layered with down filled cobalt blue pillows for lounging. This eclectic design features different accents from around the world and a huge 65” smart Sony TV with an added bonus Netflix.
The master bedroom overlooks the pool with a California king size bed, walk in closet and a beautiful ensuite with walk in shower, tub and his and hers sinks. The second bedroom also with pool view has two single beds and has access to a bathroom with walk-in shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything needed for gourmet cooking.
The condo has a double car garage with one stall available for use. We also offer for your enjoyment two mountain bikes.

Summary: The owners have spent considerable time and energy decorating their beautiful condo with its view of the pool, trees, the music of birds, and the flights of hummingbirds. Our SUV fit well in their garage. The location is great: close to the mountains, parks, trails, and botanical gardens. The nearby Desert Ridge Market has good restaurants, shops, book store, clothes,… The mountain views as you drive from place to place are impressive. The owners responded very quickly to our questions.

Summary: We had a great extended stay at Kimberlee‘s place. She is very responsive and diligent Kimberlee is a pleasure to deal with. The condo is well decorated very comfortable and everything you really need is available. We look forward to staying again.

Summary: Covid friendly. Easy access to nice pool area except during maintenance period. A bit over-accessorized with pillows and knickknacks. Well equipped excellent in-unit laundry well supplied. Freeway noise present but not overwhelming. Secure with ample parking for 2 vehicles.Good internet and TV channels. Enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The condo was immaculate and fully stocked. Kimberlee was an excellent host who was really quick to respond. I would definitely rebook this property in the future. Great location for restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this property. Absolutely lovely!

Summary: Owners Kim and John were very gracious the condo it's self was like a page out of Architectural Digest the use of the garage was really a plus in our view. You are 20 min. from Cave Creek and Carefree 10 min. from West World shopping and restaurants everywhere. I understand golf and baseball training camp are very near.

Summary: This is an exceptional property that you should give serious consideration to. Extremely well appointed, comfortable and convenient -- close to the 101 Highway and very close to stores, shops and restaurants. The condo is in a quiet, gated location, with pool and workout facilities, a deck overlooking the pool and comes with a garage too. You can tell that the the owner, Kim, takes great pride in her condo. I highly recommend this property and plan to use it again in the future as an alternative to a typical hotel stay for business or vacation.
