Positive: Spectacular view of the ski mountains from the mountain view suite room. Spacious suite room and toilet/shower area. Good breakfast and a good variety.

Negative: The safety chain on our room's door was broken upon our arrival. Although we immediately reported this issue to the housekeeping staff, it remained unfixed for the duration of our 5-day stay, compromising our sense of security. The hotel has adopted a sustainability initiative where room cleaning is scheduled every three days. However, the policy for towel replacement was unclear. We had to personally request fresh towels from housekeeping staff, as they were not proactively changed.

Positive: Very helpful in arranging my stay, I had to change the date and got help very fast! My booking was for 2 people, but I was travelling alone, so at the breakfast I was offered a lunch box to take out due to me only using one breakfast pass. I appreciated that very much!

Negative: The fitness center was closed "due to renovations", but there was no renovation, only a sign to say it was closed.

Positive: It is quite new, clean, the restaurant on the 3rd floor has a good selection of food, the aprés ski experience in the lobby lounge was exceptional because of the amazing brass band.

Negative: The quality of food at the buffet was good, but could be better, particularly for fresh fruit and the waffles and pancakes could have been better. It would also have been nice to have a covered path to the ski school and ski rental buildings.

Positive: Great location overlooking the slopes with very easy access to them - super efficient. Room was clean and spacious, fabulous views. Cleaning staff was very sweet lady. Good bath tub for after skiing ! Breakfast good & food downstairs also simple but very well prepared.

Negative: Bed was a double - felt small and could do with more bedding like extra blankets.

Summary: Had a great time here and we will be back!
