Positive: The host is very friendly and very helpful. After check out, my niece accidentally left her bag. The host had helped us by courier it back to Seoul. Appreciate the help..

Negative: There is no cafe in the resort.. but still can cook simple dish as they provide a complete kitchenette.

Positive: The accomodation and surroundings. We dont have to go to other ski resort to enjoy our snow experience. Here, they have all that is needed to be fun and leisure. And its privacy and not crowded at all.

Negative: Maybe eateris outlets can be quite a distance. Im not sure about this but along the journey to this place, its rare to see eateries outlets. Luckily, my family are prepared for this situation and have all the meals cooked at the accomodation.

Negative: Just everything, the staff, the room, the amenities and nature.

Positive: The property is definitly situated in an amazing place. The houses are warm with heated floors.

Negative: There is nothing at the property. You need to have a car to make it easier to get you anywhere to get food. We felt abandoned in the middle of the lovely Korea as the reception had no one all the time and my husband had to search for the owner of the property in the freezing weather. We kept the contact of the most nice english speaking taxi driver to call and drive us around. There is no restaurants and the convenience store with a few essencial amenities, but you have to ask the owner to go there. The property is maybe around 20 min walking distance to the nearest town but in the winter it is very cold to do this. The attractions for example the kids playground and the little zoo need maintenance. The poor animal were freezing with the snow. In the pension description there is lack of information and so we were not clarified of what the property have or not have. We would like to return though for the amazing location surrounded by nature but we will definitly hire a car next time.
