Positive: After 40 years of traveling and staying at hotels – this hotel has the best and most obliging staff I have ever come across. Rooms are very well laid out and extremely comfortable; bathroom is spacious and well designed; breakfast - both in food selection and ambience - is excellent.

Positive: The reception staff were very helpful. They have no English - and I have no Vietnamese - but they were very willing to advise and organise through Google Translate.

Negative: As all reviewers say, the mattresses are genuinely hard - but fine for a couple of nights. You'd pay 3 times the room rate here for a bed in a 12 person dorm in my country : get over it, folks.
